Telephone Support

Telephone Support is offered in most environments, if you have an account with TechGeeks Online, free of charge. This is typically done after the first service call or form of paid support.

In most situations, we will do everything to help you over the telephone within reason. We prefer to save you money so you can see for yourself that TechGeeks Online is different, we want to help people to resolve issues, not create new ones just so we can get more money.

When ever possible, we will try our best to help you resolve the issue within a reasonable amount of time, before determining that an onsite call must be performed. This is at the judgement of each technician or at the descretion of the service manager.
