Purchasing Blocks of Support

We offer the purchasing of blocks of support time in advance. This can be used for Onsite service calls or to cover the cost of repairs done in our repair center.

There are however, restrictions to this option as follows:

  • You must not have a reseller account to purchase support of this type
  • You must be a preferred customer. However, to get to this type of service, you must have a pre−existing account with the company and be in good standing with the accounting department.
  • Blocks of support are done in increments of 2.5 hours. Each block is discounted to $80.00\block (versus standard $35.00\hour for a preferred customer).
  • Due to logistical reasons, mileage is not included nor discounted. We already offer a lower cost for mileage than most companies, and this helps to take care of the equipment. Making sure we arrive on time for your service call.
