Over the course of the last few weeks, TechGeeks Online has carried its skills and teaching across Texas. From Ft. Hood, in Kileen, TX to Ft. Dyess, Abilene, Tx. TechGeeks Online has been helping to get our military up to speed in many newer technologies and to get them certified as Techs in the field. From CompTIA A plus, to Net and Security plus! We are scheduled to teach at Sheppard Air Force Base, Wichita Falls, TX. Additionally we have added a new client to our list of ever growing proud clients. Welcome goes to Interwest Communications. Over the course of the next 48 hours our site may be unavailable. We are in the process of migrating the site to the new servers, adding faster routing functionality and many other back-end hardware to provide you with a better experience.

ComputerMinds and TechGeeks Online as a joint effort are preparing to train on the first "Off-Site" joint training session in Killeen, TX. This opportunity is believed to promote business and certified technicians who would not otherwise get the opportunity that others have, due to regional restrictions. TechGeeks Online believes that this will provide many future opportunities. We have been very busy over the last few weeks with the many updates that have been going on here at TGO! Here are a few newsworthy updates.
We have been very busy over the last few weeks with the many updates that have been going on here at TGO! Here are a few newsworthy updates.
1. CompTIA has updated the Network Plus course to cover the new curriculm
2. Our Tech, Geoff White, now has his needed certifications to work in the field, congrats Geoff.
3. We have been working with other SMB (Small to Mid-size Businesses) to promote services that TechGeeks Online does not offer. On our forums in the next few days you will start to see updates from these businesses on different ways to promote your business, and to check out theirs. Welcome to all SMB Members.

We are currently working on updating the website, the forums and more... We want to make sure you have the best experience possible. While most of the site experience will stay the same, much of the back end functionality will altered to make the site faster and more efficient. In addition, our new webserver is almost finished adding new technologies to the back end allowing for new functionality. The site itself is part of a project we have been working on for a long time. From the new webserver to the SVN update system, to the new SQL servers and more, we are always trying to make the site better, and easier for you the customer. In Addition, We have brought on a new staff member to help with service calls, Geoff White will start working for TechGeeks Online during the 2nd week of May, 2009. Congrats to you Geoff. !
